Princess Charlene of Monaco names twin boy and girl Jacques and Gabriella PRINCESS Charlene of Monaco has given birth to a twin boy and girl, it was confirmed tonight.

The births are set to be recognised by 42 cannon shots - double the amount of a single baby's birth.
