Idina Menzel Has Forgiven John Travolta Idina Menzel thinks she "only benefited" from John Travolta messing up her name at the Oscars.

The 'Pulp Fiction' actor was met with ridicule on social media after accidentally calling the 'Frozen' actress "Adele Dazeem" when he introduced her to the stage to perform 'Let It Go' at the event earlier this month, but she insists the pair have since become "buddies."

The 42-year-old star told "He was really gracious and sent this gorgeous email, and we're buddies and it's all cool."

She added: "Please. I mean, I've only benefited from it!"

John also sent the actress a huge bouquet of flowers to apologise.

Idina, who was previously married to Taye Diggs, was initially a little flustered after hearing the star's introduction.

She said: "That threw me for a minute. But then I just got back on track and reminded myself of where I was, and what a beautiful moment it was."

While Travolta's flub pulled some of the attention away, Menzel gave a show-stopping performance of 'Let It Go', which was crowned Best Original Song at the Academy Awards, beating Pharrell Williams' 'Happy' - from the 'Despicable Me 2' soundtrack - and U2's 'Ordinary Love', which is featured in 'Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom'....
