One of the soap’s most popular actresses, Lindsay Price became famous for her roles in such series as “All My Children” (1991-93, as An Li), “The Bold and the Beautiful” (1995-97, played Michael Lai) and Beverly Hills, 90210” (1998-2000, portrayed Janet Sosna). She also was cast as a regular in the short-lived sitcom “Coupling” (2003), and is now a costar on the WB sitcom “Pepper Dennis” (2006-?). Besides, Price has appeared on a number of TV shows as a guest star, including “Life Goes On,” “Parker Lewis Can’t Lose,” “Jack & Jill,” “Becker,” “Las Vegas,” and “NCIS.”

As a film actress, Price, who made her debut in Purple People Eater (1988), has sporadically appeared in features. Her movie credits include Angus (1995), The Big Split (1999), No Turning Back (2001), View From the Top (2003, starred Gwyneth Paltrow), Club Dread (2004) and Waterborne (2005).

The American beauty of Irish, German and Korean descent is married to director/writer/producer Shawn Piller since 2004.

Childhood and Family:

On December 6, 1976, in Arcadia, California, Lindsay Jalyn Price was born into a racially blended family. Her father is German-Irish and her mother is Korean. Uniquely, her parents were raised together as brother and sister, when her mom was adopted from Korea by the Price family. The two got married when they were old enough.

The younger sister of Bryan (born in 1974), Lindsay obviously showed her creativity and novelty from an early age. This led her to attend piano, acting, dance and singing lessons. When she was 12, she started a four-year somber study in musical theater under the guidance of renowned coach Seth Riggs. Two years later, she was accepted to the prestigious New York’s Professional Children’s School, which swanks of such celebrities as Ricki Lake, Sidney Lumet and Yo-Yo Ma. She also enrolled the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California.

Lindsay tied the knot with director/writer/producer Shawn Piller on July 31, 2004 , at Saddlerock Ranch in Malibu, California. Actors Christopher Masterson and Danny Masterson were among the groomsmen, while the guests included producers Brannon Braga, Ira Steven Behr and Rick Berman as well as actors Tom Welling, Anthony Michael Hall and Nicole de Boer.

All My Children


Lindsay Price started acting in commercials at age three with roles in Toys R’ Us and McDonald’s. Several years later, she broke into series TV by guest starring in such shows as “Finder of Lost Loves” (1984), “Airwolf” (1985), “Hotel” and “Newhart “(both 1986) and “My Two Dads” (1987). Her first movie exposure arrived with the kid’s flick Purple People Eater when Price was 12. Price followed that up with a string of guest stints on serial, including the primetime “Life Goes On” (1991) and “Parker Lewis Can’t Lose” (1991), and a small part in TV movie Plymouth (1991). However, Price did not get her breakthrough role until she joined the cast of the ABC daytime soap “All My Children.” The series cast her in the regular role of the teen An Li from 1991 to 1993.

After her contract with “All My Children” ended, Price moved to other daytime series like in the NBC “Days of Our Lives” (1994), she had a recurring role as Mary, and portrayed Michael Lai, the flourishing career girl , in the CBS long-running “The Bold and the Beautiful” (1995-97). In the meantime, she also landed her next movie role, this time as a Recycling Girl in the comedy-drama Angus (1995), which also featured Perry Anzilotti and Kathy Bates, and did not appear in another film until the 1998 Hundred Percent, an independent helmed by Eric Koyanagi. Instead, she took on guest spots on “Maybe This Time” (1996), “Head Over Heels” (1997), “Frasier” and “C-16: FBI” (both 1998).

Making the leap from daytime to a primetime show, Price delivered her next breakthrough when she was cast as Janet Sosna in the Fox syndicated “Beverly Hills, 90210.” Joining the cast members in its final two seasons (1998-2000), the actress soon won the hearth of audiences. With the newfound fame, Price scored more work on well-liked series such as played Emily Cantor on the WB short-lived “Jack & Jill” (2000-2001), portrayed Sharon Weizak on one episode of “Stephen King’s Dead Zone (2002) and as Amanda on three episodes of the CBS “Becker” (2001-03). Additionally, she headlined the short-lived NBC sitcom “Coupling” (2003), playing the bisexual Jane Honda.

Aside from the serials, Price also made films. She appeared as Judy Greer’s friend in the comedy romance The Big Split (1999), teamed up with Felicity Huffman, Tony Shalhoub and John Larroquette in The Heart Department (2001, TV), had a major role as Soid in No Turning Back (2001) about an illegal immigrant who goes on the run with his daughter, and was additionally featured in the Gwyneth Paltrow comedy View From the Top (2003).

The following years saw Price play the small role of Yu in the Jay Chandrasekhar-directed thriller film Club Dread, guest star in “The Mountain” and “Las Vegas” (all in 2004), have recurring roles in “Kitchen Confidential” and “Navy NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service” (both 2005) as well as joined writer-director Ben Rekhi for his drama film Waterborne (2005), along side Elena Lyons and Dan Montgomery Jr. She is currently costarring opposite Rebecca Romijn, Josh Hopkins, Brooke Burns and Rider Strong as Kimmy Kim on the WB sitcom “Pepper Dennis” (2006-?).
