Shaun Robinson is the weekend co-anchor and correspondent for “Access Hollywood,” the daily entertainment newsmagazine show entering its tenth season of providing the most comprehensive coverage of entertainment news and personalities on television.

During her tenure at “Access Hollywood,” Robinson has interviewed the top stars in Hollywood and has covered the red carpet for the Oscars, Golden Globes, Emmys and Grammy Awards. In addition, Robinson co-hosted the pre-shows for the 2002 Golden Globes and the 2003 and 2005 Academy Awards.

In addition to her on-air duties, Robinson has represented “Access Hollywood” as a co-host for NBC’s network coverage of the 2004 Tournament of Roses Parade, the Hollywood segment of the UNICEF Telethon, and most recently, the 2005 ShoWest Awards. In addition, she served as a presenter for the "Latin Grammy Awards," “Soul Train Awards,” the “Lady of Soul Awards,” and the “Stellar Gospel Awards.”

An award-winning journalist, Robinson's live coverage of "A Grand Night in Harlem" for the Black Sports and Entertainment Hall of Fame garnered her an Emmy award. She has also been featured in the fashion pages of “In Style,” “Us Weekly,” "Ebony," “Essence” and was named as one of “Honey” magazine's "Hot 100.” Her television and film credits include cameo appearances in “Bruce Almighty,” “America’s Sweethearts,” “Dr. DoLittle 2,” “Charmed,” “She Spies,” “The Parkers,” “The Proud Family,” “Half & Half,” and “Any Day Now.”

Robinson’s professional career began in the Midwest as a medical reporter and weekend anchor for WISN-TV in Milwaukee, WI, where her series on “Women and Cancer” garnered her an Associated Press Award. She also served as host of the daily talk show, “Milwaukee's Talking.” Robinson later joined KEYE-TV in Austin, TX, as a reporter and anchor where her series “Profiles in Power,” focusing on women who made an impact in Central Texas, earned Robinson an American Women in Radio and Television award. In addition, she interviewed several inmates on death row at the notorious Huntsville Prison.

Before joining “Access Hollywood,” Robinson was a reporter and anchor for WSVN-TV in Miami, FL. During her tenure there, Robinson anchored coverage of both the Clinton impeachment hearings and of Hurricane George, which devastated the Florida Keys. She also traveled to Oklahoma to profile survivors of the Oklahoma City bombing.

Off the red carpet, Robinson devotes her time to fulfilling her role as the Los Angeles County spokesperson for the "Share Your Heart, Share Your Home" program, which helps to find permanent homes for African-American children waiting for adoption.

Robinson is a native of Detroit, Michigan and a graduate of Spelman College in Atlanta.

She is also the host of "TV One Access," a show on the TV One network produced by "Access" that brings viewers behind the velvet rope for an inside look at who's who in Black Hollywood.
