"Tan lines. I simply don't believe in them. That's the one thing I dislike about L.A. You really can't tan topless. I have to hide behind big rocks on the beach to take my top off." Shanna Moakler.
Model and actress Shanna Moakler first went to the spotlight when she was crowned Miss USA title in 1995. After her reign was over, she transformed on television, starring as one of sexy beach-patrol cops, Officer Monica Harper (1998-2000), on the California Beachside Drama ''Pacific Blue,” and gained even more popularity for co-starring with then-husband Travis Barker (drummer of Blink 182) on MTV's reality show "Meet the Barkers" (2005-2006). Moviegoers could also catch her in the films The Wedding Singer (1998), Paulie Shore Is Dead (2003) and Big Mamma's House 2 (2006).
The 5' 8" tall blonde bombshell with an Irish and Portuguese background and has 34C-24-36 measurements, was named Playboy Playmate of the month for December 2001. She garnered media attention when she started dating boxing's Golden Boy, Oscar De La Hoya and had a daughter together. Moakler broke up with De La Hoya in December of 2000, and she filed a $62.5 million palimony suit against De La Hoya, claiming he was an abusive alcoholic to her and to their daughter and he used them "as props to promote his public image".
The sexy star also had relationships with actor Dennis Quaid and legendary punk hero Billy Idol. She later married Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker and had two children together. But on August 8, 2006, Barker filed for divorce from Moakler. Not long after their split, Moakler was involved in a nightclub fight with hotel heiress Paris Hilton, who is rumored to be romantically linked with Barker. The brawl ended with both women filing police reports.
