 | I saw the trailer for this today, and it looks like a movie that no one will know about... but will take everybody by surprise in the month of August.
It's plot is about a caretaker(Kate Hudson), who goes to a house in the middle of a swamp to help take care of a wife's troubled sick husband. Finding out that the family who lived there before and who died there, are still existing in that house. That the attic is full of memories of stuff consisting of witch craft and personal belongings to the dead... even an old record player full of ghostly voices.
Kate Hudson isn't known for any serious action/thriller role, but when you see her scream, and standing scared out of her mind whispering while she cries that "it can't be real". You know this movie is going to be full of twists and surprises that will keep a haunting presence to the end.
This story has so much more to it... but what can I say I only saw the trailer once hehe. Keep an eye for when this is close to coming out. This will be another horror movie that will terrify us for this year of horrors being released. It looks better than House of Wax... better than the Boogeyman and possibly even better than The Ring Two, which I already had seen also. Don't miss the Skeleton Key! |
