Niki Taylor was born March 5, 1975. Niki grew up in Fort Lauderdale and was to become a marine biologist until she started modeling. She got her big break after winning a Fresh Faces contest in New York. Niki appeared in the Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition, 1997-1998. In 1991 she was named as one of People magazine's 50 Most Beautiful People. She has also released her own calendar the last four years. Niki has her own company called Niki Inc.

When she is not working, she enjoys caring for her twin boys, Jake and Hunter. Her younger sister Krissy, who had a promising modelling career died in July 1995 from asthma complications. Niki also has an older sister Joelle. Niki was married to Miami Hooters footballer Matthew Martinez but is now divorced. Niki taylor is still one of the biggest names in modeling today.
