While growing up in Austin, Texas, Paggi dreamed of becoming an actress. She visited a fellow Texan in Los Angeles and decided it was time to make her move. She spent the next two years studying intensively in Los Angeles and New York.

In 2001 Paggi landed her big break when she was cast as Jenny, the outspoken best friend of Allison Lohman's character, in Pasadena. Following this she increased her screen exposure with the recurring role of Brittany on the popular series, Providence. This year Paggi starred in an original telefilm, Frozen Impact, where, coincidentally, she played the daughter to Ted McGinley's character. Additionally she has been cast in numerous guest leading roles, including CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Judging Amy, Fastlane, Glory Days and in pilot Expert Witness.

Paggi resides in Los Angeles, where she spends her free time traveling, cooking, reading and running.
