Bell's ''Let's Talk'' Day Invites Canadians To Join the Conversation About Mental Health Today is Bell's 5th annual "Let's Talk Day" in support of Canadian mental health.

Last night, Olympian Clara Hughes -- who's become the national spokesperson for the campaign, debuted her movie "Clara Let's Ride" in Toronto.

It's a film documenting her 110-day trek across Canada to help raise awarenes and end the stigma associated with mental illness.

"In a lot of ways it's a dream come true -- to see the film, to know the ride is done -- and to really know, because we lived it for 110 days, how many people this initiative has touched," said Hughes.

Today, for every text message, wireless and long distance call made by Bell Canada and Bell Aliant customers, every tweet using #BellLetsTalk, and every Facebook share of the Bell Let's Talk Day image at Facebook.com/BellLetsTalk, Bell will donate 5 cents more to Canadian mental health programs.

Last year, the campaign raised over 5.4-million dollars nationwide....
