Longoria: Immigration is global problem Eva Longoria believes immigration reform is an international problem.

The 39-year-old actress-and-entrepreneur is a longtime activist, having launched the Latino Victory Project earlier this year to raise funds for political candidates.

And Eva finds it concerning some people are largely unaware of immigration’s human impact.

"Immigration reform is a global problem. Every country has issues with immigrant labour and industries being dependent on them," she told The Hollywood Reporter. "But we have had a 'do nothing' Congress [in the USA], and I fully support the president’s immigration reform. People have to understand the history of immigration in the United States."

Eva is known for speaking her mind on controversial subjects.

The stunning brunette previously told the Los Angeles Times she believes women in the entertainment industry have an “expiration date”.

“During Housewives I remember people saying, 'Are you afraid you're going to get pigeonholed into sexy?,' and I was like 'what's wrong with that?'," she said.

“I'm riding that wave as long as it will take me, because women have an expiration date in this business. It's unfair, but it's true. So am I scared I'm gonna be called sexy? No! Thank God. Bring it on."...
