It looks like Gwen Stefani has won a coveted seat in The Voice‘s game of musical chairs! The No Doubt frontwoman will be joining the popular NBC singing competition show as Christina Aguilera‘s replacement, a source confirms to HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.

We’re all shook up over The Voice‘s latest shake-up! First we found out that Pharrell would we sitting in for CeeLo, and now we’ve learned that Gwen will be filling Christina’s heels on the upcoming season, which begins filming in June. The Voice definitely had a good thing going with Christina, and it looks like producers have decided to replace one beautiful blonde diva with another!

“The rumors are true, Gwen will be taking the job,” a source confirms to HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.

Parting is such sweet sorrow! We can’t wait to get to know Gwen better, but we will definitely miss Christina, who decided to take some time off after becoming pregnant with fiancé Matt Rutler‘s baby. NBC reportedly wanted Christina to stay on during her pregnancy, but she decided it would be too much for her, according to TMZ.

However, the site reports that Christina has already signed on to rejoin the show for Season 8, after she wraps up her maternity leave of sorts. So don’t get too used to Gwen!
