 | Not only is this movie bad, but it's morally and socially incorrect. It promotes drug use, sexual promiscuity, bad language, racism and discrimination. It stars 2 rappers, Red Man and Method Man, so already you should know that rappers (except maybe Ice Cube) can't act. I'll go into some detail for your pains...
Two stoner losers decide to apply for college. One of the pair's friends dies, and so in turn...smokes him. The ghost of his friend then appears when they smoke hash, and being an intelligent individual who has access to the underworld, helps them to get into Harvard University. What follows is one of the worst storylines ever constructed. You may laugh in some areas merely for the poor quality of the acting and comedy or just that you'd rather not cry. The 2 end up (predictably) heroes in the end after screwing up Harvard and the belief and ethical systems of every person involved.
"How High," is so bad I'd give it zero stars if that was possible. It really is that bad. If you really need "silly" comedy, may I suggest anything from the Wayans Brothers or the "Hotshots" series. That's the only alternatives I can really think of. But whatever you do, do NOT buy this movie unless you're a stoner junkie bent on social and mental meltdown. "How High," will make you cry and wonder "wow, my world really is a terrible place." 0/1000 man! |

| Wanting to laugh, I put this on my dvd and started watching, after an hour of cero laughs I took it out. This movie is not funny, it's just plain boring. Do yourself a favor and leave this, watch Harold And Kumar Go To White Castle, now that's a funny movie. |

| Dude, this movie was so frickin hilarious I thought I would die at times. Me and my buds got a random sense of humor, and this was just it. If you havnt seen this yet, and you can relate to the characters....for whatever reason, SEE IT!

| Hmmmmm, where to begin. I guess all that needs to be said is if you do watch this movie you really must be high. So I actually don't know which is worse, this film or you actually sober and wanting to watch this film. |
