Lady in White is by far the creepiest and edgy thriller that ever came out besides Fatal Attraction!!!!! The settings are awesome and Luke Hass did a great job in the movie!!!!!! When Luke sees the lady in white one day while trapped in his school he ends up finding out who killed her!!!!! The movie is scary, edgy, and creepy and i think that if you have not seen it then go out and rent this classic thriller tonight!!!!!!!

SummaryLady In White - weird but wonderful
Content
This is quite simply a great film. Its really weird in parts, strange old ladies wandering in the woods at the dead of night, a ghost in the cloakroom etc, but its full of suspense, you're left wondering the whole film, what is actually going on, and it's got a great setting too.
Never going to be a massive hit, but a film I would love to own, one of those rare gems you're glad you found.

SummaryGreat movie, but be on the lookout!
Content
Let me just start by saying I truly enjoy this ghostly tale more and more with each and every viewing. It is intelligent, visually stunning and both warmly heartfelt as well as chillingly frightening. I do not have the DVD yet but do plan on purchasing it in the near future.

Just a quick word of warning...

Before purchasing an expensive new or used DVD (as this title is out of print), be aware that it is scheduled for re-release sometime in the near future (future undated). I am still debating myself weather to float the cash for this release or wait indefinately for the new one (sometimes it pays off to wait for a new transfer, as I sometimes wind up buying discs twice). Just thought I would key everyone in.

Summaryterrific film
Content
this movie is a gentle ghost story, yet its surprisingly strong in character development. It has strong family values, wonderful location work and a real feel for spooky as opposed to gory.

Simply beautiful from start to finish.

SummaryNot completely unbiased
Content
They don't make movies like this anymore - the closest mainstream one lately might have been 'The 6th Sense' - only because its in the same genre. Moreover, since the director went to my high school in Rochester, NY, he gave all the students (including myself) dibs on the small extra parts. So, unless you are from western NY, odds are you probably won't enjoy this film.

Its a thiller, not terribly scary - and not terribly accurate in its dipiction of 'The White lady' (Basically, the legend is nothing more than a Rochesterian version of Lizzie Borden). However, for nostalgia purposes, most of the movie was indeed filmed in upstate, NY (which really is the only beautiful time of year), thus, the cinematography is magnificent, if only to save the flawed plot and expected ending.

NOTE: If you happen to catch a young version of Zach Braff (the guy from 'Scrubs') don't blink - it's only me.
