 | Excellent actors and actress's for their parts.
Here we have two female architects, Hallie Mitchell and Donnalee Crawford - yup, getting older and wondering where their other halves were.
Well, moving next door to Hallie is a soon to be divorced man and daughter who has plumbing problems linked to her house.
He sees her through an almost affair with a [very rich] former friend [also not divorced] - a network date who turns out to be a bit jealous of the neighbor popping into Hallie's house in his bathrobe.
And Donnalee, well, she is dating a doctor and talking marriage and then calls it off and hooks up with the Hallie's neighbor's collegue. They decide it is love - and oh yes they are trying to get Adam Barr's project which they almost mess up.
Hallie dumps Barr, a billionaire, over the side of the bike trail trying to get his attention. Whoops, not good.
Hallie seems to be emotionally inept. The movie is good for a Harlequin - just too many divorces.
But you should enjoy the entertainment and resolution. |

 | This is a good movie. It is based off the book of the same title by Debbie Macomber. Haley is the trying to find Mr. Right while maintaining a career. When she gets a new neighbor, she has new problems. She also helps her friend and business partner meet the man of her dreams. This is a sweeet and funny movie that you will love. |
