SummaryCould have been great satire.....but it wasn't
Content
It's been a long while since I was so disappointed in a movie. I enjoy a laugh at the expense of religious hypocrites as much as the next agnostic but in this movie there was nothing to laugh at. It wasn't funny or insightful. I was expecting satire along the lines of Christopher Guest's movies and this wasn't it. The opening credits were creatively done but from there it was all down hill. It was about as silly as the Benny Hill show. If you like Benny Hill, then you'll probably like this. Otherwise, don't waste your money.

Another great flick from the Pythons decked out with features.
The boys take a trip back to JC's era and look around to see things were as they are now, crazy! The movies says it all about organized anything, and how somthing so simple can get so misunderstood and basterdized until the reality of the situation bears no resemblance to the point that got it going in the first place. Like this Review, but seriously all the Guys deliver knock out performances and the themes add light and perspective to our current shape of having come so far and learned not so much. Extra dual commentarys - documentary seal the deal a must see for anyone anywhere.

THIS ONE'S A LOSER. IF YOU WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY, TOSS IT OFF A BRIDGE. THE MOVIE ATTEMPTS TO BE FUNNY BUT THE WORDS ARE HARD TO UNDERSTAND AND IT IS MINDLESS, BRAINLESS GIBBERISH.
