Actress Jill Eikenberry, best known for her portrayal of activist counselor Ann Kelsey on L.A. Law, successfully battled breast cancer in 1986. Jill Eikenberry later co produced and hosted Destined To Live, a documentary which deals with cancer's emotional aspects. Jill Eikenberry, who earned a Golden Globe Award for her L.A. Law role, has acted in such television projects as Kane and Abel, Family Sins, A Stoning in Fulham County, An Inconvenient Woman, Chantilly Lace and, most recently, My Very Best Friend with Jaclyn Smith.
Jill's big screen credits include Between The Lines, Rich Kids, Butch and Sundance: The Early Years, Hide In Plain Sight, Arthur, and The Manhattan Project. On stage, Jill Eikenberry's performances include Wendy Wasserstein's Uncommon Women, Tennessee Williams's Eccentricities of a Nightingale, and Lemon Sky, for which she won an Obie Award.
Jill Eikenberry, committed to advancing breast cancer research and education, tours the United States and Canada with her actor husband Michael Tucker as official spokespersons for the cause.
