Background:
First appearing on television in a 1994 episode of ABC/CBS sitcom "Step by
Step," Jenny Wade later transitioned into the big screen appearing in such films
as Nurse Betty (2000), Monster-in-Law (2005), Rumor Has It... (2005) and Love Is
the Drug (2006). She will be seen in the upcoming films The Strip, opposite Dave
Foley, and No Reservations, alongside Catherine Zeta-Jones and Aaron Eckhart.

Jenny Wade was born on October 6, 1980 in Eugene, Oregon.
Step by Step
Career:
In May 1994, 14-year-old Jenny Wade made her first appearance on screen in an
episode of ABC/CBS sitcom "Step by Step." Five years later, she returned to
television on MTV anthology series "Undressed." And after being recruited by
director Neil LaBute's to star opposite Aaron Eckhart in his 10-minute film
Tumble, the filmmaker offered her an uncredited role in his 2000 comedy film,
Nurse Betty, starring Renée Zellweger, Morgan Freeman, Chris Rock and Greg
Kinnear.
Following her film debut, Jenny returned to the small screen. She guest starred
in an October 2000 episode of the syndicated nonfiction TV program "Arrest &
Trial" and a January 2003 episode of the comedy show "8 Simple Rules... for
Dating My Teenage Daughter." She also starred in ABC romantic drama movie Naked
Hotel (2003), alongside John Corbett.
2005 saw Jenny went back to the big screen, playing Jane Fonda's young
replacement in Robert Luketic's romantic comedy film, Monster-in-Law, which also
marked Fonda's first film in 15 years. It also stars Jennifer Lopez and Michael
Vartan.
That same year, Jenny was also busy filming four other films. She could be seen
in Wes Craven's drama/thriller Red Eye (starring Rachel McAdams, Cillian Murphy
and Brian Cox), Harold Ramis' neo-noir/comedy-drama based on the novel by Scott
Phillips, The Ice Harvest (with John Cusack, Billy Bob Thornton and Connie
Nielsen), and John Gulager's horror film Feast (alongside Krista Allen). She
also shared the screen with Jennifer Aniston, Kevin Costner and Shirley MacLaine
in Rob Reiner's 2005 comedy film, Rumor Has It...
Recently, in 2006, Jenny co-starred with Daryl Hannah, John Patrick Amedori,
Lizzy Caplan and Jonathon Trent in Elliott Lester's suspenseful drama, Love Is
the Drug. She is currently filming her upcoming films: The Strip, a comedy by
writer-director Jameel Khan starring Dave Foley, and No Reservations, Scott
Hicks’ remake of the German comedy Mostly Martha starring Catherine Zeta-Jones
and Aaron Eckhart.
