 | Bride of Chucky is a great film because it has everything a movie should have First Chucky's Girlfriend Tiffany brings the evil doll back to life then after some events tiffany becomes a doll herself and the rest of the movie they have to get a necklace to be in different bodys it's as simple as that. The film is scary and very funny and is worth owning. |

| For the first time since its' conception, Chucky takes center stage in this movie but not without a lil' help. The story itself goes something like this...Brought back to life by his former girlfriend Tiffany(Jennifer Tilly), Chucky(Brad Dourif) proceeds to turn his human sweetie into a pint-sized talking doll with attitude just like himself, and together they hit the road looking for a magic amulet and young new bodies to inhabit. That's where the fun begins. They hitch a ride with runaways Katherine Heigl and Nick Stabile and leave a trail of corpses behind. John Ritter and Alexis Arquette also star in the movie. The conclusion, however, leaves things open for the sequel "Seed of Chucky". But, it's still a fun ride, nonetheless. In my opinion, Bride of Chucky is just the shot in the arm needed to revive the ten-year old series. I've loved the series since it first came out and, even though I love Freddy-Jason-Michael Myers and Pinhead too(they all kick some serious behind themselves), they've got nothing on ol' Chucky. He's a pint-sized terror that gives you plenty of laughs with all the gore. Ronny Yu(of Freddy Vs Jason) directs the movie and does an outstanding job at breathing new life into the Chucky saga. |

| Ronny Yu should be proud as punch as his directorial efforts, aided by Don Mancini's clever script have brought new life into the Chucky franchise. This fourth entry is the best since the original, and is filled with lots of great inside jokes and humorous lines. But don't worry, there's lots of sick gore and perversion courtesy of Chucky and his new playmate, Tiffany. Catch the opening sequence in the police evidence repository: there's Michael Meyer's mask; Jason's hockey mask; a chainsaw; and Freddy Kruger's glove. A keen eye will even catch the dolls from Puppetmaster in this insane gallery of horror movie memorabilia. Some of the lines are hilarious, such as when Jesse asks the dolls how they got that way, Chucky says it was a long story and would probably take two or three sequels to tell it all. Mancini's decision to leave Andy Barclay out of the picture opens the movie up to a wider range of characterizations. Katherine Heigl and Nick Stabile are attractive lovebirds; John Ritter is hilarious as the police chief; and of course Jennifer Tilly and Brad Dourif's voicings of the dolls is superb. They actually became more "real" as their murderous lust and carnal desires became as one. BRIDE OF CHUCKY is a refreshingly lively entry in the series and of course, with the movie's ending we know SEED OF CHUCKY is in the wings. |

| I agree saying this is a comedy but it also falls into the horror section with the gore.
It stars once again, Chucky, the smart mouthed doll returning to life by his old girlfriend raising him up from the dead once again. Jealous of her attitude toward him, Chucky kills her and trasfers her soul into another doll. Thus begins Chucky and his bride, Tiff's killing rampage. They are trying to get back to Chucky's corpse to collect the amulet that will turn them back into humans.
But don't be fooled - as usual they have a half naked chick running around, actually a few of them and doll sex, as well as the disturbing fact that Tiff gives birth to another doll.
The great thing is there is a Gay boy in the movie which gives the movie a good sense of reality - that there are Gay Men out there in life. He's cute. But don't get attached - he is killed.
I do suggest watching this movie if you enjoyed the others - Chucky is humerous in his smart-mouthed ways. It was alot better then Child's Play. |

| I think this is a masterpiece. Alot of people don't like it cause it's so funny, but whats wrong with that (they need a sense of humor) I recommend this to any chucky fan it never gets boring and it gives you a good laugh. |
