SummaryThe painters eye of Luc Besson
Content
Luc Besson' is as much an artist as a director. The Big Blue is one of the most visually stunning films that I have ever seen! From the brilliant black & white opening sequence, to the amazing underwater scenes, and the homage to the beauty of the mediteranean sea, every image was a perfect picture. The story was simple but moving, the lead actors did a great job, the locations where stunning, but without a doubt the real star of this film was it's director, Luc Besson. I have recommended this film to everyone I know in the visual arts, it is not to be missed.
