SummaryThis movie SUCKS!
Content
I can't begin to describe the flaws for this film. The movie does a great job with the special effects and futuristic settings very well though. Everything else in this film, however, comes up short on all counts. Overall, this film is hardly worth noticing.

SummaryIt is a good standard movie
Content
they make it seem like it sucks, which is not the case
no, it is not any groundbreaking movie or something to change the cinema. But if you want to just watch a movie then you can watch this and won't waste your time. Eddie Murphy is great in whatever role he does. It's everyone else that can make a movie subpar. But for entertainment, sure, enjoyable.

SummaryDon't waste your money
Content
This film is so terrible that adjectives such as "stinking" and "abomination" flee for their lives when trying to describe its appallingness.

But the worst thing about this movie isn't its total lack of humour, or the fact that the write-up on the back of the DVD would have you believe it's the most hysterical work of comedy since John Cleese and company appeared, minus trousers, in the "How to Spot a Mason" sketch in Monty Python's Flying Circus.

A little note: John Cleese does in fact make a cameo appearance in this $US95 million dollar flop. It is a tribute to the negative genius of the scriptwriters that he manages to deliver not a single humorous line during the entire shemozzle.

No, even wasting the talents of the brilliant John Cleese isn't the worst thing about this movie. It is how utterly depressed it will make you feel. Halfway through, I was rolling on the floor pounding my head in pain and yelling out for someone to give me a lobotomy, just so I wouldn't have to think about how lame and awful this movie was.

It makes you wonder...what happened? Did aliens appear halfway through the filming and abduct the "humour" hemisphere of the scriptwriters' brains? Or perhaps in some terrible parallel universe, there is an excess of humour, and scriptwriters there are employed to alleviate the tedium of the constant hystericalness by making non-funny comedies.

If so, NASA funds should immediately be redirected to closing the rip in space/time fabric these people are using to enter our universe. The escapees should then be rounded up from their cushy jobs at Warner Bros and ejected into space on the next Soyuz shuttle launch.

SummaryThe Adventures of Pluto Nash
Content
Pluto Nash could be the worst film I've ever seen in my entire life. This movie is so stupid and ridiculous it's not even funny; kind of like Zoolander. The plot is absolutely horrid trash that must have been written in just one day.The dialogue is painful to listen to.And the actors and actressess in it are at there utter worst and don't even make the film slightly fun.It made me want to pull my eyeballs out.I can't believe I sat through a whole hour and a half of this complete crap! If you went to see this at a theater I am extremely sorry and hope you got all your money back.Ughh it is just so terrible.I know Eddie Murphy signs up for tons of comedies but couldn't he see this was awful. The whole premise of the film is stupid. It thinks it is being funny but it isn't.You just yawn and look at the clock waiting for this crap to end.The special effects and city on the moon are so fake and ridiculous. They didn't even get one thing right in this whole frecking movie.I was suprised when I saw it had gotten a 6.It is also suppose to be an adventure flick but it is nothing like that at all.If you can sit through this at the theater than you can sit through Gigli 50,000,000,000 times. What ever you do don't see this.It is worse then Legally Blonde 2.

Welcome to the Moon 2087. With all the natural resources mined out years ago, the Moon has become the new Wild West. A place where money and the right contacts can get you anything you want and anything goes."The Adventures of Pluto Nash" is an action/adventure comedy set on the moon in the year 2087, starring EDDIE MURPHY as the title character, Pluto Nash, an audacious, successful owner of the hottest nightclub in town. Pluto finds himself in trouble when he refuses to sell his club to Mogan (JOE PANTOLIANO), the lunar gangster that is helping the mysterious Rex Crater mastermind a plan to take over the entire moon.Joining Nash in the danger and lunacy are Dina Lake (ROSARIO DAWSON), a beautiful earthling who has traveled to the moon to further her singing ambitions, and Pluto's bodyguard Bruno (RANDY QUAID) - a robot quickly approaching obsolescence. Rounding out the cast are Rowland (PETER BOYLE), a pool shark and Pluto's confidant; Flura (PAM GRIER), Pluto's mother; and Tony Francis (JAY MOHR), Pluto's friend and an Italian singing sensation.

"A limp Eddie Murphy vehicle that even he seems embarrassed to be part of."
