Career:

Born and raised in Florida, Crystal Hunt participated in beauty pageant contests since she was a baby. Thanks to her endearing looks and acting gifted, she later landed the role of “Daughter” in the popular film “Problem Child 2” (1991), starring John Ritter. Hunt went on to act in several television commercials, most notably a spot for The Walt Disney Company’s 25th anniversary celebration and an anti-drug advertisement with N-sync.

In 2003, at age 18, Hunt got her big breakthrough when she won the role of Lizzie Spaulding on the long-running daytime soap opera “The Guiding Light.” Playing the heavy-laden daughter of the long-suffering super couple, Philip and Beth Raines, she received a 2005 Daytime Emmy nomination for Outstanding Younger Actress in a Drama Series and a 2005 Soap Opera Digest nomination for Favorite Villainess.
