Nicknamed Princess, she embarked on the beauty pageant scene while still a six-month old, and took singing and acting courses as a child. One Life to Live

Born and raised in Florida, Crystal Hunt participated in beauty pageant contests since she was a baby. Thanks to her endearing looks and acting gifted, she later landed the role of “Daughter” in the popular film “Problem Child 2” (1991), starring John Ritter. Hunt went on to act in several television commercials, most notably a spot for The Walt Disney Company’s 25th anniversary celebration and an anti-drug advertisement with N-sync.

In 2003, at age 18, Hunt got her big breakthrough when she won the role of Lizzie Spaulding on the long-running daytime soap opera “The Guiding Light.” Playing the heavy-laden daughter of the long-suffering super couple, Philip and Beth Raines, she received a 2005 Daytime Emmy nomination for Outstanding Younger Actress in a Drama Series and a 2005 Soap Opera Digest nomination for Favorite Villainess. She held the role until January 2006.

In 2005, Hunt made her return to the big screen with the supporting role of Jill Overton on the horse film “The Derby Stallion,” opposite Bill Cobbs and Zac Efron. After her departure from “The Guiding Light,” the attractive actress was cast along side Amanda Bynes, Sara Paxton, Matt Long, Jack Carpenter and Jeremy Howard in “Sydney White” (2007), a modern retelling of Snow White set against students in their freshman year of college in the greek system. The movie was helmed by Joe Nussbaum and penned by Chad Gomez Creasey.

Recently, in February 2009, Hunt had a four-episodic arc in the ABC hit daytime drama series “One Life to Live.” She played Stacey Morasco in such episodes as “Knocked Out Cold,” “ A Day for DNA” and “I Don't Even Know Where to Start.”
