 | Wings is one of those rare examples of a show which both myself and my father can sit back, watch, and consistently laugh our butts off.
The only other shows like this are Family Guy and The Kids in the Hall. Both of which are out on DVD.
Now, there is a Wings DVD set available. However, it is an illegal bootleg version. If you ever see that, unless you're REALLY desperate to have the show in your collection, do not buy it.
It is very strange that this series has not been released yet. Maybe they have somehow managed to miss the fact that there is (at least from what I've seen) a strong demand for this show.
Either that, or actually think that we'll waste our money on shows like "The Simple Life" or "Chaotic". |

| I just returned home after a visit to my local 'big box' store, only to find--once again--that 'Wings' remains unreleased on DVD.
'Murphy Brown', 'Newsradio', 'Due South' and 'Third Stone From The Sun' have all been so-favored. Jiminy crickets--'TJ Hooker' has been so-favored!
Why oh why does 'Wings' remain unavailable?
I can understand 'Bakersfield PD' being unavailable. But a long-running sitcom which routinely hit the top ten? One which was also lauded by critics? It doesn't make sense.
To those who make such decisions, know this: this series is primed for DVD release. It hasn't suffered from overexposure via syndication (which is actually surprising given its popularity), and after ten years' absence, has hundreds of thousands of fans who would eagerly open their collective wallet for a season-by-season collection of 'Wings'.
Give it some thought, okay?

| I just scoured the Warner Bros. website looking for "Wings" because of the statement Cheryl from Honolulu made saying that the "complete" TV series of "Wings" has been released, but that is not true. Warner Bros. doesn't even acknowledge "Wings" in their search menu. I would like to know what exactly she DID see, because she got my hopes up for nothing. |

| I have only ever made it a point to purposely watch two television shows in my 29 years of existence.
Wings is a classic, and I have never met anyone who didn't love it. Why on earth is this show not out on DVD yet?
It's hard to believe the high paid hot shots that have the rights to this show haven't mustered up enough brain power to realize putting it out on DVD would be extremely lucrative. |

| The "Wings" complete TV series is already available from Warner Bros. Not sure why Amazon's site says it's not yet being distributed on DVD. I'm sure they'll catch up soon. |
