Recently named one of People magazine's "50 Most Beautiful People," Carlos
Bernard returns to 24 for his third season as Agent Tony Almeida.
The Chicago native received his Master of Fine Arts degree from the American
Conservatory Theater in San Franscisco after attending Illinois State
University. He went on to appear in many ACT stage productions, such as "Good"
with William Hurt, "As You Like It," "Hamlet," "The Diary of Ann Frank" and "The
cherry Orchard." Bernard also performed with Frank Langeila in "Scenes from an
Execution" at Los Angeles' Mark Taper Forum. He returned to the stage in the
summer of 2003 to perform in the Los Angeles production of "Blackout."
On television, Bernard guest starred in "Walker, Texas Ranger," "F/X: The
Series," "Babylon 5," "Moloney" and "Silk Stalkings." He was also a regular on
the daytime soap opera "The Young & The Restless." Bernard's feature film
credits include "The Colonel's Last Flight," "Vegas: City of Dreams" and "The
Killing Jar."
