Sheena Parveen is known as the meteorologist for NBC10 News at 5:00 and
11:00 p.m. She previously worked for WCTV in Tallahassee, Florida and
then for WTVT in Tampa, Florida.
As for her personal life, Parveen has been linked to Canadian NHL player Scott Hartnell.

Childhood and Family:
Sheena Parveen was born in 1986, in St. Petersburg, Florida to parents
Sherry and Mark. Her family background is from the real state employee
and former computer programmer. She is of Persian and German lineage.
Sheena graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor degree
Currently, Sheena resides in Philadelphia area with her two dogs.
Sheena Parveen began her career as the intern in the Tallahassee News.
During this period, she was given the chance to serve in News Channel.
Thanks to hard work and persistence, she was recruited as meteorologist
and correspondent at WCTV. During her stint at the channel, she worked
as the reporter for the environmental topic and also contributed
equally as correspondent on weekend morning show.
After leaving WCTV, Parveen joined WTVT, the FOX affiliate in Tampa, as
their meteorologist and reporter in 2009. She served as the lead
forecaster and on-air meteorologist for the networks “Good Day
Tampa Bay” weekend morning show. Additionally, she reported
during the week on environmental topics and was a host on a pet
adoption segment each Sunday morning with the Humane Society of Tampa
Parveen's career gained a significant boost when she began her career
with NBC10 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on December 10, 2011. She
serves as the weather forecaster for the channel at 5:00 and 11:00 p.m.
A certified broadcast meteorologist, Parveen received her CBM Seal from
the American Meteorological Society in 2011.
