Hogan Knows Best
Linda Hogan, born Linda Marie Claridge, is an American TV personality,
published author, businesswoman and animal activist. She is known for
her performance in the hit TV show “Hogan Knows Best” (VH1,
2005-2007), centering on the family life of then husband pro wrestler
Linda was married to Hulk Hogan from December 18, 1983 to July 27,
2009. They have two children together (Brooke and Nick Hogan).
After filing for divorce in 2007, Linda started a relationship with
Charlie Hill (19 at the time). Hill had been a student at her
children's high school, one grade above Nick and one grade below
Linda lives in both Miami and Los Angeles. She has eleven dogs.

Childhood and Family:
Linda Marie Claridge was born on August 24, 1959, in Miami Florida. Her
sister, Christie Claridge, was Miss International 1982 and has acted in
many TV shows.
On December 18, 1983, Linda was married to Terry Gene Bollea (born
August 11, 1953), better known by his ring name Hulk Hogan. The couple
welcomed their first child, daughter Brooke, on May 5, 1988. Their
second child, son Nick, was born on July 27, 1990.
After having been together for 24 years, Linda filed for divorce from
Hulk Hogan in Pinellas County, Florida on November 20, 2007. A year
later, she claimed to the public that she decided to divorce after

In 2005, Linda Hogan starred on the reality documentary television
series “Hogan Knows Best,” which focused on the family life
of professional wrestler Hulk Hogan. The show ran on VH1 for four
seasons until October 2007. She went on to appear in its spin off
series, “Brooke Knows Best,” which debuted on July 13,
2008. It centered around Brooke Hogan starting adulthood independent
from her parents, no longer living under their roof or being supported
by them. In addition, Linda has appeared in other television shows such
as “Jimmy Kimmel Live!,” “Howard Stern on
Demand,” “Quite Frankly with Stephen A. Smith,”
“Larry King Live,” “E! True Hollywood Story,”
“Entertainment Tonight,” “The Joy Behar Show,”
“Piers Morgan Tonight,” “The Wendy Williams
Show,” “Big Morning Buzz Live with Carrie Keagan” and
“Brides of Beverly Hills.”
Following her much published divorce, Linda was frequently invited to
talk shows and TV news to offer her advice on divorce, relationships
and women’s empowerment.
An animal lover and activist, Linda worked together PETA to protest
against animal abuse in the circus. In addition to being involved in
with this important cause, she also supports the Humane Society,
various pet adoption agencies and serves on the committee for the
Children’s Special Olympics Miami Chapter.
As an entrepreneur, Linda remains busy with a number of business
endeavors, such as skin care and clothing lines as well as owning and
operating her own farm, Sunny Girl Avocados in Southern
Linda released her book, “Wrestling the Hulk - My Life Against the Ropes,” in 2011.
