Jennifer Nicole Lee is an American fitness celebrity, television
personality, author and actress. Known after losing 70 pounds, Lee has
won several fitness and entertainment awards over the course of her
fitness career. She is hostess of an infomercial for her “Ab
Circle Pro” fitness system. Lee has authored many e-books,
including “Crack the Code,” “The Fitness Model
Program” and “The Sexy Body Diet.”
Lee resides in Florida, Miami with her husband, Edward Lee, and her children, Jaden and Dylan.
Childhood and Family:
Jennifer Nicole Lee was born Jennifer Nicole Siciliano on June 13,
1975, in Rochester, New York. Her parents are Italian immigrants. She
has three siblings. Her family later moved to Tennessee. Jennifer holds
a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of
Tennessee at Knoxville.
In 1997, Jennifer was married to Edward Lee. They have two sons, Jaden and Dylan.
After struggling with her weight, Jennifer Nicole Lee was able to loose
70 pounds, and won the title of Miss Bikini America in 1996. It was not
long before she kicked off a career as a fitness guru. In January 2004,
she established JNL, Inc. Worldwide (then known JNL, Inc.). She created
a fitness program called JNL Fusion, which is designed after her own
workout routine: 4 training sessions of 45 minutes each per week.
The workout method is targeted to women.
31 year old Lee was named the Miss Muscle and Fitness in 2006, a title
she shared with Alicia Marie. She is a brand ambassador for nutritional
supplement company Bio-Engineered Supplements and Nutrition (BSN). She
has appeared on television shows such as “Inside Edition,

In March 2011, Lee launched the Fitness Model Factory in Miami,
Florida. The “factory” is a production studio comprising
photography and videography studios, hair and makeup styling, and
coaching for fitness models. The same year, Lee was named one of
the “Top Three Females in the Fitness Industry” on Yahoo
Sports and one of Splash Online's “Best Celebrity Bikini Babes of
2011.” In 2012, Lee was named “America's Sexiest Fitness
Mom” by CBS News.
As of 2012, Lee has been featured on the covers of over forty
magazines, including three appearances on the cover of Oxygen magazine.

In addition to a line of swimwear, Lee also has two clothing lines. The
Jennifer Nicole Lee Collection through Rogiani is designed by
Elisabetta Rogiani for fitness model photo shoots. Lee's own line is
called the JNL Clothing Line, which includes gym and streetwear.
Lee has authored a number of e-books, such as “Crack the
Code,” “The Fitness Model Program,” “The Sexy
Body Diet,” “101 Things Not To Do If You Want to Lose
Weight,” “Get Fit with JNL,” “Get Fit Now With
JNL” and “The Bikini Model Diet.” Her first
published book, “The Mind, Body & Soul Diet: Your Complete
Transformational Guide to Health, Healing Happiness,” was release
on January 1, 2010. It was followed by “The Jennifer Nicole Lee
Fitness Model Diet: JNL's Super Fitness Model Secrets to a Sexy,
Strong, Sleek Physique.” She also has a published cookbook called
“The Jennifer Nicole Lee Fun Fit Foodie Cookbook.”
Lee is the star of the “Fabulously Fit Moms” fitness
DVD series. It started in 2007 with “The New Mom Workout,”
“Total Body Workout,” “Lower Body Burn” and
“Super Energized Workout.” Both “Upper Body
Blast” and “Sleek and Sexy Workout” were release in

& Gain,” an action/comedy film helmed by Michael Bay and
