Allen Rossum (born October 22, 1975) is a football cornerback who currently plays for the Atlanta Falcons. In addition to his duties at cornerback, he is also the primary kick and punt returner for the Falcons, and owns the team record for career punt return yards. He previously played for the Philadelphia Eagles and Green Bay Packers, and was drafted by Philadelphia in the 3rd round of the 1998 NFL Draft out of Notre Dame University. Rossum won the NFL's inaugural "fastest man" competition at the 2005 Pro Bowl, where he also made his first appearance for the NFC squad as a kick returner, replacing injured Eddie Drummond.
