African American actor Albert Daniels rose to prominence as one of the stars of the multiple award-nominating drama “ALT” (2006), along side Jackie Long, Jason Weaver and Lauren London. He made self-appearance in the documentary film “Sp!t” (2006) and has appeared in the music videos “What You Know” and “Teenage Love Affair,” by rap artist T.I. and R&B singer Alicia Keys, resepctively.

Albert Daniels is known by the nickname Al Be Back. He is 6 foot and 1 inch tall.



Albert Daniels made his promising big screen debut in the Chris Robinson-directed “ALT” (2006), about four teens coming of age in a working class Atlanta neighborhood where hip-hop music and roller skating rule. The music driven drama cast Daniels as Brooklyn, opposite Jackie Long as Esquire, Jason Weaver as Teddy and Lauren London as New New. Released in March 31, 2006, “ALT” received two Black Reel nominations, four Black Movie nominations and an Image nomination.

Also in 2006, Daniels appeared in the documentary film “Sp!t,” directed and penned by Rotimi Rainwater. The film was re-released in the U.S. on January 1, 2008. He also starred in the music video “What You Know” by rapper T.I.

In 2008, Daniels made his next music video appearance in R&B artist Alicia Keys' “Teenage Love Affair.”
